Send an email

Send an email to support@apexspanish.com expressing your interest in taking group lessons with us. We will then send you a short new Student Questionnaire so we can get to know a little bit about you and your Spanish background.

Group Formation

Once we receive an email with additional information regarding your Spanish proficiency, we will add you to a list of individuals at the same level. Once we have gathered a sufficient number of people for a group, we will proceed with establishing a lesson schedule. * If you have friends or family with whom you would like to form your own group, please let us know.

Schedule Setting

Once a group has been formed, we will assign a teacher who is a suitable match for your group. Our goal is to establish a schedule that works seamlessly for both the teacher and all the students. This schedule will consist of at least one weekly session held at a fixed time, ensuring consistency and convenience for everyone involved.

Lesson Purchase

Once your group has been established and a schedule has been arranged, all students will purchase a package of Group lessons. This approach ensures efficient class management and guarantees a seamless learning experience for each group. * We encourage you to continue your Spanish learning journey beyond the initial lesson pack purchase. The lesson pack system simplifies the administration of classes and ensures the smooth progression of each group.
